To register and maintain an Account on mstbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Service:
Age Verification: mstbet takes age verification seriously. Any User found to be under the minimum eligible age will have their Account suspended immediately, all winnings voided, and any remaining balance returned to the extent permitted. mstbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, date of birth, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account.
mstbet applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your Account is fully verified, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any time during your account lifecycle at our reasonable discretion:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.
You must notify mstbet immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. mstbet will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account on your behalf.
Your use of the mstbet Service is subject to the following conditions at all times. Breach of any of these conditions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

The Service is accessible via standard web browsers on desktop and mobile devices. mstbet supports mobile-first access optimised for Android and iOS devices. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements for a stable connection and for any data charges incurred through your network provider.
All bets placed on mstbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market or event in question, as published on the platform at the time of bet placement. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity:
mstbet reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the stake exceeds applicable limits; the odds were published in error; or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Bets are not considered accepted until a confirmation reference is issued by the platform.
Odds are quoted in decimal format by default. Markets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body of each sport — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic fixtures, the ICC for international tournaments, FIFA for football matches, and the UFC for combat sports events. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of mstbet's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute process outlined in Section 5.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits are expressed in PKR. mstbet reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where patterns of abuse, arbitrage or advantage play are identified.
For PSL T20, Pakistan cricket internationals, ICC tournaments and other high-volume events, additional market-specific rules — including in-play restrictions and void conditions — are published in the relevant event rules section of the platform.
A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation or abandonment without an official result; market closure due to a technical error; or where a bet was accepted after an event's outcome was already determined. Void bets do not count towards any wagering requirement.
mstbet offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and free spins. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times before they convert to withdrawable real-money funds. For example, a PKR 2,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means you must place a total of PKR 50,000 in qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each offer page.
Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. As a general guideline: sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute at the rate stated per promotion; standard slot games contribute at the stated rate; and certain game types such as progressive jackpot slots may be excluded entirely. Exact contribution rates are published per promotion.
All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the offer — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.
mstbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel associated winnings and suspend an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed profits from bonus funds; or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotional terms.
All financial transactions on mstbet are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) unless otherwise stated. The Platform supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods relevant to Pakistani users. Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar local payment channels for context only. mstbet does not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or any partnership with any named payment provider.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on the method used.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit and verified as belonging to the Account holder. Before any withdrawal is approved, mstbet may require full KYC verification to be completed. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeframes are stated in the cashier section of the platform. mstbet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days, subject to verification status.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mstbet, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
mstbet does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
mstbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
mstbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including:
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your Account — net of any voided bonus funds and any sums subject to investigation — will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of applicable KYC checks. You may also request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mstbet holds its operating licence. Users acknowledge that this may not be the jurisdiction in which they reside.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the law applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract. Pakistani users are reminded that local gambling laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may be relevant to their participation in the Service.
mstbet reserves the right to revise, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication to the mstbet website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request Account closure. mstbet will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice of material changes where practicable, including by way of a notice displayed on the platform or sent to your registered email address.
